RIVER FOREST, Ill. - The Benedictine University tennis team defeated Concordia University-Chicago, 7-2 with two doubles victories and an almost-sweep in singles competition.
In doubles, the No. 2 team of 
Kam Haifleigh and 
Vivianna Iway and the No. 3 team of 
Anna Savio and 
Antoinette Goyao were victorious.
Benedictine had six singles players win, including 
Isabella LeBlanc at No. 6 singles (6-0, 6-0) and 
Bhavana Movva at No. 2 singles (6-3, 6-2).
Benedictine is now 4-4 overall and 4-2 in Northern Athletics Conference action.
The Eagles are back in action on Saturday, September 15 when they host Milwaukee School of Engineering at 9:00 am followed by Concordia University-Wisconsin at 2:00 pm at the Lisle Park District.
