Michael was the top receiver on a team that led the nation in total offense. He was the Illinois Benedictine College record holder for receiving yards in a single game, receptions in a single game, receiving yards in a season and receptions in a season. He finished his career as the school leader in receptions, receiving yards and touchdown receptions.
